I was on a bucket list trip with my dad. He wanted to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This hotel was a perfect central point to visit a museum each day and head to the Cleveland airport the last day. The staff, especially the woman who took care of the breakfast each morning, the housekeeper from our floor, and the afternoon/evening front desk clerk were all so friendly and helpful. I'm sorry that I do not know their names to mention them personally here. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.

Breakfast was amazing however the employee that was housing the breakfast area on Tuesday June 28 was rude not only to me but I over heard her talking rudely to other folks as well. I also would like to accommodate the front desk young lady long blonde hair was an amazing employee she, dated me I arrived earlier than check in and she made sure there was a room for me also she was there all the time very hard-working and an exceptional employee.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. By far the best sleep I've had in any hotel, the beds are super comfy and the 2 choices of pillows was great, Loved the door that separated the room for the entry way. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choices of hot and cold foods with a variety of drinks. Can't wait to stay here again, definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for visiting Medina & Cuyahoga National Park. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The beds were super comfortable, black out blinds were in the room, the fitness facility had new machines and breakfast was very good.

It was very good, especially traveling with 2 young children. They were able to pick what they wanted. The pool was great to relax in after traveling & we enjoyed it the next day to just relax in with the kids.
